| 1 | Onion, finely diced | |
| 1 | Garlic clove, crushed | |
| 1 | c | Beer, Miller Lite |
| 1/2 | c | Peanut or olive oil |

Dice the onion and crush the garlic. Mix together with beer and oil until well blended. Use with shrimp or beef.
